Our Experts
Meet the qualified and experienced team behind Arc Partners.
Tom Parrish
MRICS
Director
Tom has been at the helm since 2008, and nearly enjoys it the same today as he did back then. He is usually at the front of the business, but strangely disappears at the end of each VAT quarter! His main interests lie on the client relationship side, new business and juggling three sons in no particular order!
Amelia Stevens
BSc
Director & HR Manager
Amelia is primarily involved in management and non-surveying activities of the business, and is a reliable soundboard. She works closely with the back office team and holds the purse strings.!
Tristan Davis
MRICS
Senior Consultant
Tristan has spent over twenty-five years working in the telecoms industry, with the last fifteen representing the firm’s landlord client base. Aside from management, he principally deals with the machinations of Code telecoms, working closely with developer and institutional clients obtaining Vacant Possession on mostly urban redevelopment schemes.
Katherine Anderson
LLB
Consultant Surveyor
Katherine has been a valued consultant of the firm since 2011, representing a broad spectrum of clients and is experienced in all professional matters. Katherine is actively involved with the National Connectivity Alliance (NCA), representing and shaping outcomes for landlords.
Andrew Cheesbrough
Associate Director
Andrew is the company’s authority telecom site builds and relocation work. His experience stems from twenty years’ experience on the Operator side, which is invaluable on ‘works related’ instructions. He also provides professional advice to several hotel and hospitality clients.
Away from the office, beekeeping and cycling Northamptonshire are his passions.
Dominic Beardwood
BSc
Assistant Surveyor
Dominic’s mainstay is the estate management of small to mid-size portfolios, which includes all manner of tenancy renewal, review, and site upgrade negotiations. He also specialises in fibre connectivity and wayleave procurement for majority of the firm’s residential landlords.
As an accomplished golfer and social secretary, he enjoys nothing more than putting colleagues to shame!
Michelle Ramsden
BA (Hons)
Accounts Manager
Michelle is AAT qualified and manages back office operations - providing invaluable assistance on everything from accounts management, tax compliance and regulation, to debt recovery … so beware!
Hercules
Our best friend
Hercules joined us twelve years ago and has had many roles around the office. He is soon to retire but no date has yet been agreed with HR.!
