We all want a chiseled figure, six-pack abs, and strong arms. But what about having a strong mind, without which everything else will become useless. There is only so much one can build with strong arms, but there is no limit to what you can build with a strong mind.
Research shows that regular meditation can not only heal your mind but also make it happier, healthier, and stronger. Meditation is the fastest and the only way to upgrade your state of consciousness. If you are not meditating, you are not using your full potentials. Meditators can tap into the alpha waves of the brain to supercharge their creativity. Practicing just 10 minutes of meditation a day can improve our ability to concentrate and store information in working memory.
