Common use:
Promotes healthy water balance; promotes urinary tract health; stomach tonic; natural digestive system support; soothes upset stomach; gas; supports joint health.
Other Uses:
Culinary spice for meat and vegetable dishes; ingredient in home-made gin recipes.
Suggested directions:
