It is home to Adelphi Distillery, one of the most prestigious and environmentally sustainable distilleries in Scotland. Adelphi produces both peated and unpeated whisky, made with barley grown on the estate of one of the distillery owners. The Adelphi range is about bottling rare casks and Bunnahabhain 1998 53. 40% is one of few that we managed to get our hands on!
