2023 Hervé Azo Petit ChablisPetit Chablis is an appellation located outside of the traditional grape growing region of Chablis. However, there are excellent vineyards in this appellation located on the crowns of the hills whose slopes are home to many of Chablis' Premier Cru vineyards. This is where the fruit for this bottling comes from, and it shows. Bright, steely and citrusy with a brilliantly crisp, flinty mineral finish, this vibrant wine is a definite overachiever.
