grape (co-fermented)this coffee is co fermented, as macerated grapes are added to a tank where the coffee cherries undergo a natural anaerobic process. it smells like grape Kool aid, and tastes like grape jelly and grape juice. it's a trip. every tin is roasted to order (in very small micro batches to ensure exact consistency from tin to tin). this coffee is also great to make your own blends at home as the grape flavour goes a long way, even in small quantities.
