and they're my first ever mystery skein sets

Inspired by "Village with Apricot Blossoms" (化粧) by Hachiro Nakgawa (中川八郎)

This colorway is reminiscent of a pool of cute speckled goldfish

I decided on this theme for a couple of reasons: 1) I ❤️ all things weird/lore/legends/folktales & 2) The winter months always feel like a time for storytelling
