But this time is more than unique

The combination of these beers resulted in a balanced whole with noble alcohol

This gives the beer a complex body with notes of roasted coffee and chocolate

Maceration and maturation took over six months

more than one third is sourced within our own Cereal Collective

The beets were carefully selected and harvested from our own field

Brewed for Anderson's Brewery's 10th Anniversary this thick and luscious Imperial Stout has been aged in Pedro Ximenez and Maple Syrup barrels
