Antique Saint Gerardo Pocket ShrineBeautiful, early 20th century pocket shrine for Saint Gerardo, patron saint of healthy pregnancies. Its said a woman picked up a handkerchief he dropped and he told her to keep it for when she might need it one day. She was very ill at her confinement and in danger of losing the baby. She remembered Gerardos kindness and asked for the handkerchief. Miraculously, she delivered successfully.
