Requirements and test methods1 Scope This European Standard specifies the requirements for shower trays for domestic purposes made from crosslinked cast acrylic sheet conforming with EN 263 with the aim of ensuring that the product, when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, will provide satisfactory performance in use. This standard is applicable to all sizes and shapes of shower trays.

It is strongly recommended that one of these is used as a preliminary check before resorting to the test described in the main text
