COS Zibbibo in Pithos 2022This Pithos is 100% Zibbibo (Muscat of Alexandria) and COS have produced a wine of real intrigue. Made in amphora and wild ferment on skins, this shows surprising purity and composure. The wine isnt lacking in grip though. Saline and floral!
