The palate is well balanced and incorporates the 75% whole clusters well. Grainy tannins, very focused, quite mineral driven with a persistent saline finish. The 2023 shows a firm tannic grip and a substantial

Medium- to full-bodied in weight

The palate is beautifully composed with a killer line of acidity

The palate is well balanced with tangy nectarine and clementine notes

aged in large oak casks for the Sangiovese and small barrels for the Cabernet

with a medium to full body and a mouthful of powerful

savoury and framed finish

It's a blend of 63% Merlot

The bouquet shows the hillside to good effect

The 2022 is 53% cabernet sauvignon

if less minerality to the succulent and quite rich medium weight flavors that conclude in a mildly rustic and austere finale
