The 2018 vintage was one of exceptional quality for Heitz Cellar

the grapes are fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts

30% Garnacha Tintorera and 10% white grapes (Godello and Palomino) from the centenarian Finca A Raña in O Saviñao

and it will require a bit of patience

with a fine core

The Saarfeilser and the Schonfels are both used nearly in their entirety for the GGs

a great base of soil tones
