Thought to be related to Sangiovese, it has a red fruit profile, predominantly cherry, with wild berry notes. It is a youthful example, vibrant and uplifting, vinified in stainless steel. It pairs well with food of the region, prosciutto, sausages and tomato based pasta dishes.
