Speculoos Cookies GelatoSpeculoos is a spiced cookie, originally baked to celebrate St. Nicholas Day in Belgium and the Netherlands. This decadent treat took the American audience by storm, in the form of a cookie butter spread. We reinterpret this delicious treat as a gelato, a staple and best seller in our gelaterias since we opened our doors in 2014.
